Strawberry tart
With a sweet pastry crust.

Cake type” flour | 800 g |
Presta Ready | 200 g |
Fruitful Strawberry | 350 g |
Preparation
Mix the Go Cookies mix, the eggs and the butter together on high speed with the flat beater for 1-1,5 minutes, starting for a bit at low speed.
Add the “Cake type” flour and mix for about a minute at low speed until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
Roll and press the mixture to a 2 mm thickness into a tart pan
Cover with Frutafill Strawberry
Place dough strands on top for decoration
Bake at 180°C for 23-26 minutes.
Remove the tart from the oven and let it aside to cool slightly
Use Eldorado (hot process neutral gel) to glaze the tart
Dust all over with Mont Blanc (water-insoluble sugar in powder form).
