Butter cookies

A classic and distinctly delicious treat.

Go Cookies 500 g
“Cake type” flour 165 g
Eggs 100 g
Butter 99% 330-340 g

Preparation

Firstly mix the Go Cookies mix, the eggs and the butter together with the mixer’s flat beater on slow speed for 1-1,5 minute, increasing speed gradually.

*make sure the eggs are not frozen and the butter is at room temperature

Add the “cake type” flour and mix for 1 minute on high speed.

Cut the dough into various shapes that weigh 35 - 65 gr with the use of a piping bags with large nozzles.

Bake at 195°C for 10 – 11 minutes.
