Double Choco Cookies Sticks

Cookies Double Choco 500 g
Cake type flour 200 g
Eggs (cold) 100 g
Inverted Sugar White Syrup 125 g
Butter 99% 200 g
Chocolate drops 90 g

Preparation

Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together (apart from the Chocolate Drops) for 1 minute at low speed and then switch to medium speed for 1 minute.

Spread the dough onto a baking trays (layer: 1,5-2 cm).

Bake at 190°C for 14 minutes (fan oven) or at 205°C (upper part) and 170°C (lower part) for 14 minutes (deck oven).

Once the dough has cooled down, cut into stick shapes.

Place the cookies sticks in the fridge for 2 hours and then cover them with chocolate.

Decorate as you wish.
