Multicereal Cookies

Barfit - Multicereal Cookies with oat flakes, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, pistachio, almonds, walnuts and chocolate drops.

Barfit 1.000 gr
Water 110 gr
Butter 99% (melted) 230 gr
Oat flakes 50 gr
Sunflower seeds 50 gr
Dried cranberries 50 gr
Pistachio 50 gr
Almonds 50 gr
Hazelnuts 50 gr
Chocolate Drops 100 gr

Preparation

Mix the Barfit, the water and the melted butter together with the flat beater for 1-2 minutes at medium speed.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with the flat beater at medium speed until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Cut the dough into 25-30 gr and place it onto a parchment paper.

Bake at 185oC for 8-9 minutes.

If you want a more crunchy texture then bake longer for 10-11 minutes.

Recipe with the addition of Margarine:

You can replace the butter amount with 290 gr of Margarine Princess.

The water amoung should be 60 gr.

Recipe without any ingredients addition:

Butter 99% (melted): 160 gr

Water: 110 gr
