Pancake Mix | 500 g |
Water | 400-425 g |
Preparation
Dissolve the Pancake Mix in water, stirring with a whisk until it has a homogenous thick texture.
You can use the mixture either directly or after resting in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Fry in a pan (180-190 °C) lightly buttered or bake in a creperie (200-210 °C).
As soon as air bubbles appear on the surface and it starts to fade, turn it with a spatula to cook on the other side.

Tip
For pancakes with yogurt mix 500 g of the Pancake Mix with 300 g water. At the end add 300 g Greek yogurt and mix again.
