Eggs 500 g
Water 100 g
Orange or lemon shavings (optional)

Preparation

Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together at low speed for 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture into preferable molds.

Bake at 180-190°C for 45-50 minutes. Make sure to keep the damper open for the last 5 minutes.
