Eggs 300 g Chocolate traybake ingredients
Water 250-280 g Chocolate traybake ingredients
Casa Cream UHT 35% (fresh cream) 600 g Coating ingredients
Chocolatier Delicecover Choco 500 g Coating ingredients
Butter 99% 60 g Coating ingredients
Inverted sugar syrup 200 g Coating ingredients

Preparation

Base:
Mix the Twin Choco mix, the refined oil, the eggs and the water together at medium speed with the use of the mixer’s flat beater for 4 minutes.

Pour into a baking form and bake up to 160°C for 30-35 minutes.

While the chocolate pie is being baked start preparing the chocolate sauce.

Coating:

Heat the Casa Cream (fresh cream) while stirring.

Add the Chocolatier Delicevover Choco and continue stirring.

Add the butter and the inverted sugar syrup and make sure all 4 ingredients (Casa Cream, Delicecover Choco, butter and inverted sugar syrup) are well mixed.

Once the baking is done, cover the traybake with the chocolate sauce you have prepared (cool temperature).

Tip:
For biger or smaller portion adapt the baking time at  ±2 minutes in order to be sure it stays juicy.
