Preparation
Mix all the cake ingredients at low speed with the “flat beater” for 5 minutes. The mixture at the end of the mixing should be in liquid form.
If you add dry nuts, add them at the last minute of the mixing.
Serve the mixture in forms of your choice, filling them up to 2/3 of their height, after spraying them with Carlex spray.
Bake at 180-200°C, depending on the type of the oven.
Indicatively bake ½ kg cakes in a deck oven at 190°C for about 60 minutes.
When the cakes are at room temperature they are ready for decoration.

Tip
To create delicious cake variants, in the above quantity of dough, you can optionally add up to
300 of nuts of your choice (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.).
