Preparation
Use the flat beater to mix all the cake ingredients together at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour the mixture into a preferred heart shaped mold by filling it up to 2/3. Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes.
Use the wire whisk to mix all the cream ingredients together at high speed for 5 minutes.
Once the cake has cooled down, cut it into 3 layers and start layering. Spread cream in between. Place the cake into the fridge.
Coat with Décor Icing White (sugar paste).
