Preparation
Preparation of Brownie
Place all the ingredients for the brownie in the mixing bowl and mix at medium speed with the "paddle" for 2 - 3 minutes.
Preparation of Cookie
Place all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix with the paddle at medium speed until it becomes homogeneous.
Assembly (before baking)
Place American Brownie dough in 1/3 of the form, and in the other 1/3, soft cookies with the Red Forest Cake.
Bake together at 170 °C for 15 minutes, depending on the form.
Once cooled, remove from the pan.
