Preparation
Place the basic ingredients of the recipe in the mixer's bowl and mix with the flat beater for 2-3 minutes on medium speed.
Cut the dough into an irregular shape and weighing 35-65 g.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet with nonstick paper.
Bake at 200°C for 17-20 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies.
