Preparation

Tart
Place all the ingredients in the mixer's bowl and mix with the flat beater for 2-3 minutes on medium speed until a malleable dough is formed.

Roll out the tart dough with the help of a rolling pin on non-stick paper to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut according to the size of the mold.

Stuffing
Place all the ingredients in the mixer's bowl and beat with the flat beater for 5 minutes on medium speed.

Fill to the middle of the mold with the cake dough.
Serve the filling inside the tart and bake together at 170 °C for 15-17 minutes.

Cream
Mix the water with Minuta Zero on fast speed with the whisk for 3 minutes.
Fluff Casa Cream 35%separately.
Lastly, homogenize.

Decoration
Decorate the tarts with whole almonds.
