Fluffy cookies with no added sugar, with sweeteners.

| Soft flour | 200 g |
| Cranberries | 300 g |
| Hazelnuts | 300 g |
Preparation
Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together (apart from the extra ingredients) at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add the cranberries και the hazelnuts.
Cut the dough if preferable shape of 25-30 g.
Place the biscuits in a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake at 200°C for 12-14 minutes.
