Preparation
For the cupcakes
Mix all the ingredients apart from the apple for 4 minutes at the medium speed. Add the apple and mix until it becomes homogenized. Serve in baking forms and bake at 170°C for 20-25 minutes, depending of the type of the oven.
For the buttercream
Mix the margarine and the Dip White for about 5 minutes at the high speed. Add the Delicecover Avorio and mix gently until it becomes homogenous.
For the cookies
Mix all the ingredients for 2 minutes at the medium speed. Open the dough in 2-4 mm thickness between two baking paper sheets. Bake at 170°C for about 15 minutes depending on the type of the oven.
Synthesis
When cold, add the buttercream on the top of the cupcakes, and add a biscuit as decoration.
