Butter 99% concentrated | 280 g |
Margarine Princess | 120 g |
Honey | 200 g |

Preparation
Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients at low speed for 3 minutes.
Cut the dough into 50 g. If you want to make cookies with filling, add the filling with the help of a piping bag and mould in a round shape.
Place onto a parchment paper.
Bake at 185ºC for 9-11 minutes, depending of the size of the cookies.

For the filling you can use:
- Fine Cream Chocolate Hazelnut (at will)
- Fine Cream Salted Caramel (at will)
- Arabesque White in pieces (200 g)
Other ingredients of your choice.
