Preparation
Mix Mama’s Deco, eggs, oil, water and cream cheese at the slow speed of the planetary mixer with the flat beater for 1 minute and then at the fast speed for 4 minutes, until homogeneous dough is formed.
Add carrot, raisins, walnut and cinnamon and mix at slow speed for 30 seconds.
Add orange juice and orange zest and mix at slow speed for 30 seconds.
Serve the dough in forms.
Add fruits and baking custard in the surface of the dough.
Bake at 165°C for 55 minutes.
When the cake cools down, coat with Eldorado, walnut and grated carrot.
