Preparation
Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together (apart from the extra ingredients) at medium or low speed for 2-3 minutes until you get a homogeneous, smooth mixture.
Add the extra ingredients (chocolate drops) and make sure they are well blended by mixing shortly and smoothly.
Cut the dough into 20-25 gr (uneven pieces) and place on a parchment paper.
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
