Preparation
Preparation of Brownie
Place all the ingredients for the brownie in the mixing bowl and mix at medium speed with the "paddle" for 2 - 3 minutes.
Preparation of Cookie
Place all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix with the paddle at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Assembly (before baking)
Use the American Brownie dough for the bottom 1/3 of the mold, and the soft cookie dough with the Bueno Cake for the other 1/3.
Bake together at 170 °C for 15 minutes, depending on the mold size.
Once cooled, unmold.
Decoration
Top with Chocolatier Bueno and optionally add a piece of Bueno chocolate.
