Eggs 250 g for the cake
Oil 250 g for the cake
Water 250 g for the cake
Minuta Cream 200 g for the cream
Casa Cream 35% 200 g for the cream
Water 500 g for the cream
Masca Apricot 1000 g covering
Water 100 g covering
Dehydrated Apple Pie Cake crumbs extra

Preparation

Cake

Place all ingredients in the mixer and mix on medium speed with the flat beater for 5 minutes.
Then serve in a hoop of your choice and bake at 160 °C for 45-50 minutes.

Cream

Lather Casa Cream UHT 35%.
Beat the water with Minuta Cream for 3 minutes on high speed with the whisk.
Finally, homogenize the cream with the whipped cream.

Topping

Heat the Masca Apricot with the water in the microwave and cover.

Setup

Cut the Apple Pie Cake into slices and place 2 layers of cream and 3 layers of cake. Mask with the cream, freeze. Top with Masca Apricot and afterwards with the dehydrated Apple Pie Cake crumble.
