Preparation
Mix all the ingredients with the flat beater for 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour the mixture into preferable molds, filling them up to 2/3. Bake at 180-185°C for 40-50 minutes for big molds and 35-40 minutes for small.
*For traybake add 225g of eggs instead of 250g.
Bake at 160-165 °C for 35-40 minutes.
