Silkgrain Sonnen-Müsli - Bread rolls with a grain blend of cannabis, chia and quinoa.

Wholegrain flour | 200 gr |
Silkgrain Sonnen-Müsli | 400 gr |
Margarine Princess | 30 gr |
Honey | 50 gr |
Yeast | 35 gr |
Salt | 20 gr |
Water | 470 gr |
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together for 3 minutes at low speed and then for 7 minutes at high speed until the dough becomes stretchy.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into portions that weigh 60-100 gr and slightly work it roundly.
Allow the dough pieces to rest for 20 minutes.
Form as you wish.
Sprinkle with corn flakes, hazelnut and raisins.
Proof for 45 minutes.
Bake at 200°C for 22-25 minutes.
