Zeelgrain 600 g
Strong flour Τ70% 1400 g
Sugar 80 g
Princess margarine 280 g
Regal (baking powder) 32 g
White wine 560 g
Sunflower oil 380 g
Cognac 100 g

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together for 4 minutes at low speed (either by using a dough machine/quick kneader or a pastry mixer with its hook).
To make grissini, cut the dough into 1 cm wide (or thinner) strips.
Sprinkle with water and decorate with Seedmix (mixture of four seeds: oat, linseed, sunflower kernels, sesame).
Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
To make flakes/crackers, roll out the dough into a very thin sheet (4-5 mm) or use a dough laminating line.
Place on an oven sheet pan and decorate lightly with fresh grounded black pepper, coarse salt and garlic powder.
Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
