Panomix Olikis 1.500 gr
Strong Wheat Flour 1.500 gr
Margarine Princess 400 gr
Regal 40 gr
White wine 900 gr
Oil 600 gr
Sugar 100 gr
Cognac 100 gr

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together for 4 minutes at slow speed in a fast mixer.

Shape the dough into "fuse“ shape about 1 cm thick or at will.

Decorate with wholemeal flour.

Bake at 200 °C, with steam, for 25 minutes (damper open).
