Ciabatta Mix 10 MZ 100 gr
Strong Τ70% Flour 1.000 gr
Yeast 20 gr
Olive oil 20 gr
Water 700 gr

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in the mixer bowl and knead for 6 minutes at low speed and 8-10 minutes at high speed.

Let the dough rest for 90-120 minutes.

Divide into 100g pieces and shape into balls.

Let them rest for 30 minutes.

Press down with your fingers and place them in a tray.

Bake immediately at 260-270°C with a little steam for about 8 minutes.
