Pomegranate ice cream paste. The pomegranate comes from a plantation in the Marsala region of Sicily, but is of Israeli origin and is characterized by its balanced acidity/sweetness. It belongs to the Wonderful range, which has stable and high productivity and stands out for its bright red color. Ripening takes place around the first ten days of October and yields best in Mediterranean regions, due to the soil and the intense sunshine.
