Sefco Zeelandia held three Gelato Inspiration themed open days in Crete, Thessaloniki and Athens, in February and March.
The first gelato event for this year was held in Heraklion, Crete and took place at Domestica, on the 1st and 2nd of February. Professionals who visited the show discovered the company's new proposals in complete mixes and ice cream pastes and were inspired by the classic and timeless options for ice cream.
The success of Crete was followed by Thessaloniki and Athens, in March 15-16 and 29-30 respectively, where visitors explored flavors and textures under the guidance of experienced gelato technicians, and were informed about trends that will lead them to create the richest and most delicious ice cream for their business. The company's new ice cream pastes, including Vaniglia Tahiti, Passatempo, and Caramel Butterscotch, as well as the new, complete mix of the Casa Gelato-The Concept series, Gelato Oriental, made a big impression to the attendees.
Professionals from many parts of Greece who came to the demonstrations were left with the best impressions and chose Sefco Zeelandia to create their own success story!
