The two-day event "Explore the New Products of 2025," hosted by SEFCO ZEELANDIA, concluded with great success on February 20-21 at the company’s facilities in Spata. The event attracted customers and partners from across Greece, as well as numerous bakery and pastry professionals who had the opportunity to discover the latest trends and innovative products firsthand.
Attendees were impressed by SEFCO ZEELANDIA’s new product suggestions, featuring delightful creations with the new Chocolatier Nocciola Extra, Chocolatier Pistachio, Chocolatier Cookies and Cream, and Chocolatier Cover. The event also showcased inventive applications using Alpen Bread, Daily Moist Cake, and Daily Moist Choco Cake. Guests indulged in refreshing Sorbet Fragola, Sorbet Limone, and Sorbet Melone, while the unveiling of the new "Casa Gelato Παραδοσιακά" ice cream collection, inspired by Greek tradition, captivated the audience. This collection featured unique flavors such as Orange Pie, Galaktoboureko, Ekmek Kataifi, Lemon Pie, Politiko, Chocolate Pie, Kunefe, and Apple Pie. Additionally, the spotlight shone on the highly popular Dubai and Armonia ice creams—the ultimate trends for this season!
The event featured both traditional and creative pastry applications, offering professionals the chance to explore new, innovative approaches. SEFCO ZEELANDIA’s technical team was present to guide attendees, answer questions, and share techniques and ideas for maximizing the potential of the new products.
