The company's stand was also visited by many partners from the Balkans, who wished to get ideas and transfer unique pastry proposals to their own market.
V-GO!, the new range of vegan products, stole the show with a multitude of applications from cake to confectionery suggestions. The Masters of Pastry corner held a prominent position. Th technicians created imaginative applications, perfect in every way. The aesthetically perfect appearance of the sweets caught the eye while their delicate taste left those who tasted them speechless.
In the bakery section, Krithino and Mesogeiako, the new products of Sefco Zeelandia, played a leading role, since both have a special identity. Mesogeiako, with its traditional character and its wheat color gives the baked goods the flavor and aroma of Greece. Krithino, on the other hand, with its intense taste and aromas of barley, offers plenty of options for snacks that leave history. There were also plenty of snack suggestions for every hour of the day with Eusporo, Zeelgrain and Panomix Roggopan.
Of course, the ice cream showcase was the center of attention as crowds of professionals gathered around Casa Gelato to taste new flavors, talk to the technicians and get inspired for their own ice cream showcase.
