Revealing a new era in bread applications.
More than 90 customers and professionals visited Sefco Zeelandia’s Bakery Center in Thessaloniki on April 3, to meet the new Silkgrain product range. Our bakers introduced the remarkable clean label solution, that allows cereals and other inclusions to infuse in authentic sourdough. The result is a real crumb “moisturizer” that keeps bread hydrated and adds a delicious bite, texture and appearance. Visitors had, also, the chance to taste and get inspired from a wide range of applications. The Silkgrain range consists of Silkgrain Veggie, Silkgrain Sonnen-Müsli, Silkrgrain 5 Supergrains and Silkgrain Einkorn. Sefco Zeelandia is now offering Silkgrain textures as a wonderful solution for bread freshness, revealing a whole new era in bread applications!
