Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients together at high speed with the use of the wire whip for 6-8 minutes. Mix until you get a perfect and fluffy dough consistency.

    Pour the dough into cake pans or bake trays. They should be slightly more than 1/2 full.

    Bake at 175-180ºC for 35-40 minutes when using cake pans and 45-55 minutes when using bake trays.
