Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients together at high speed with the use of the mixer’s wire whip for 6-8 minutes. Mix until you get a perfect and fluffy dough consistency.

    Pour the dough into cake pans or bake trays. They should be 1/2 full.

    Bake at 185-190ºC for 40-45 minutes when using cake pans and 50-60 minutes when using bake trays.
