Apple tart with cream

Go Cookies 1.000 g tart ingredients
Cake type flour 800 g tart ingredients
Butter 99% 700 g tart ingredients
Eggs 300 g tart ingredients
Presta Ready or Presta Choco 500 g filling ingredients

Preparation

Use the flat beater to mix the Go Cookies with the eggs and the butter at high speed for 1-1,5 minutes. Start at low speed.

Add the flour and mix for 1 minute at low speed until you get a homogeneous dough.

Line up tart trays with thin layers of tart dough.

Bake at 185-190°C for 13-15 minutes.

Place the tart dough into a mold.

Use a spatula to spread the cream.

Add Frutafill Apple and arrange dough on top to cover it. Finish with dough strips.

Coat the tart with egg wash or Ovex Powder-ZK (egg wash replacer).

Bake at 170°C for 35 minutes.

Coat with Eldorado (hot jelly).
