Margarine Princess 400 g
Eggs 50 g

Preparation

Mix all the base ingredients at low speed for 1 minute until you get a homogenous dough.

Place the dough between two baking sheets and roll it and a 5-6 mm width.

With the use of a round cutter form 8-9 cm shapes.

Prick the surface with a fork.

Bake at 195-200°C for 9-11 minutes until the cookies get their distinctive colour (baking temperature with deck oven).
