Waffle mix

A complete mix for original Belgian waffles.

Waffle mix 1.000 g
Water 1.000 g

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Stir vigorously with the wire whisk until the mixture becomes homogenous.

    Pour 100 ml of the liquid dough into the waffle maker, filling 40% of its volume. Let the dough spread evenly.

    Close the waffle maker cap and turn it upside down.

    Bake at 195°C for 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
