Cream Cheese 500 gr cream ingredients
Butter 99% 300 gr cream ingredients
Presta Ready 300 gr cream ingredients

Preparation

    Mix all the cake ingredients (using the flat beater) at medium speed for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a preferable mold and fill it up to 1/2. Bake at 160°C for 25-30 minutes.

    Use the wire whisk to mix the cheese cream together with the butter at high speed for 4 minutes. Add the Presta Ready and mix at low speed for 1 minute.

    Once the cake has cooled down cut into preferable number of layers. Fill and cover with the cheese cream.

    Decorate with Chocolate drops or any other preferable decoration.
