Mama's Deco 1.000 gr
Seed oil 380 gr
Water 250 gr
Eggs 300 gr
Chocolatier Choco Bisc 250 gr
Dip White (melted) extra ingredients
Biscotto Noir Orfeo extra ingredients

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together (apart from the Chocolatier Choco Bisc) for 1 minute at low speed and then switch to high speed for 3 minutes until you get a homogeneous dough.

    Add the Chocolatier Choco Bisc and mix slowly with a spatula.

    Pour into molds, filling them up to 2/3.

    Bake at 165°C for 35-45 minutes.

    Once the cake has cooled down coat with Dip White (melted) and Biscotto Noir Orfeo.
